Executive Coaching:

Executive coaching is conducted under the governance and core competencies of the International Coach Federation. Coaching is defined as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. Coaches honor the client as the expert in his or her life and work and believe every client is creative and resourceful. The coach's responsibility is to:

  • Discover, clarify, and align with what the client wants to achieve.

  • Encourage client self-discovery.

  • Elicit client-generated solutions and strategies.

  • Hold the client responsible and accountable.

This process helps the client dramatically improve their outlook on work and life, while developing leadership skills and unlocking potential.

All executive coaching includes: (1) Maxwell Leadership Self-Assessment, (2) Written Action Plan, and (3) Written Road Map.

Acquisition Support / Training / Consultation

We provide full-service acquisition support and training to align with the 1102 acquisition workforce for pre-award and post-award acquisition cycles for federal government agencies. CEO Johnson is DAWIA Level 3 (Contracting) certified by the Defense Acquisition University, a Certified Federal Contract Manager by the National Contract Management Association (NCMA), and an NCMA Fellow. During his 34-year career with the federal government (DoD and Treasury), he served as a Contract Specialist, Contract Administrator, Contracting Officer with an unlimited warrant, and Regional Chief Procurement Officer, Northeast Region. During the first Clinton Administration, he served on the National Performance Review for Procurement Reform and Customer Service. He has testified before the US House of Representatives Small Business Committee.

Human Resources Support / Training / Consultation

We provide full-service and comprehensive human resources support and training to assist with your human resources processing and service deliveries. Gail Johnson served 32 years at AT&T as a human resources executive (a two-time AT&T Diamond Award winner) and Chief HR Officer for the Executive Leadership Council. Our services include HR strategy, HR programming and plans, talent acquisition plans, cyber security governance, and strategic partnerships. She holds a Strategic Human Resources Certificate from the Harvard University Kennedy School for Executive Education.
